Gytree Skin Nutrition Workshop Named ‘Insightly’ Session on Holistic Wellness

If you want a clear, radiant complexion, you need to start with what you’re putting into your body. While there are many approaches to healthy eating, certain foods are guaranteed to up your beauty game.

Led by Chahat, the workshop shared the holistic approach to eating well and how it relates to skin care. Attendees were also given a couple of recipes at the end of the session that could help them achieve clearer, healthier skin.

The workshop went on to reveal the important food groups one should focus on for a holistic skin care routine, and which foods fall into those groups. He also dispelled myths about fat, insisting that there are good and bad fats involved in healthy skin. There are certain essential fatty acids like Omega 3 and omega-6, which retain the skin’s natural oil barrier, combating dryness and uneven complexion.

The host made sure to provide personal advice and held consultations between sessions to keep it an interactive workshop rather than a one-sided conversation. In addition, she shared tips on what causes dullness, how to overcome deficiencies, and a precise checklist to optimize skin health.
