Willoughby in particular doesn’t like to talk about what he does for exercise or what his diet is. She explained why Premium Magazine. “I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regimen because I’ve interviewed a lot of people affected by eating disorders and I know that some people in chat rooms can really obsess over other people’s diets. I just can’t contribute to that.” .
Willoughby revealed a few things about his diet to Prima magazine. He says that he likes to cook a lot of his meals. “I’m healthy; I love food: it’s a celebration, something to talk about, buy, cook and enjoy. I love to cook. Another reason Willoughby doesn’t like to talk about his secrets is that he wants others to find what works for them. She tells the Daily Mail, “I don’t want to go on record that I did this or that, and then have other women read it and think they have to go and do the same thing.”
After having her daughter, Willoughby began working with a trainer. She worked with Pilates trainer Lynne Robinson to help her get in shape. “I worked with Holly for several months, tutoring her privately at her house once a week,” she tells Sun. “Holly had postnatal mat work classes that focused on strengthening and toning her core.”
