How to make a vegan vegetable tart for summer

What you will need:

  • prepared puff pastry
  • Garlic clove
  • heirloom tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Zucchini
  • Peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • fresh dill
  • Nasturtium flowers and leaves
  • Ingredients (optional): sriracha, sauce, tahini

Preparation:

1. Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. While waiting for the oven to heat up, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the puff pastry on the sheet. Spread some garlic over the dough.
2. Using a separate baking sheet, add vegetables and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Put both baking sheets in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. The dough should be golden.
3. Remove the trays from the oven and let them cool. Add a pinch of dill, nasturtium leaves and flowers, salt and pepper, and serve with sriracha, salsa or tahini.
