• Whip the baking cream to a ribbon consistency.

• Pour the mousse into a mug and chill until set.
• Garnish the mousse with sliced ​​almonds and almond biscotti.

• Chop the almonds into large pieces with skin.
• Lightly cream the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg to the bowl and beat again.
• Add refined flour, baking soda, baking powder, lemon zest and almond powder to the mixture and mix well.
• Add the coarsely chopped almonds.
• Form the mixture like a French bread and bake it at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
• Cool bread, cut into thin slices, and bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
