She said: “Please someone help me, I am four or five kilos overweight, I feel physically ill looking at myself in the mirror and my body.

“I’ve tried multiple times to lose weight, Slimming World, cut out snacking, etc., but I just can’t do it.”

She explains that she buys snacks for the house because others eat them, but she can’t help but binge on them.
